Starting a business is a very difficult process. You only have a limited amount of time in a day that you can work on your business.
Not surprisingly though, most businesses fail within their first year. Most entrepreneurs fail simply because they don’t take the time to draw out a business plan.
If you’re going to build a business you must create an effective business plan. Starting an online business is no different. If you are reading this because you’re trying to start an online business, then today might be you’re lucky day.
Today I am going to share with you, for free, a surefire plan to get your online business off of the ground.
The first thing you should do is to uncover some sort of problem or need within your target market. This is your market research phase. You should spend some time hanging out in forums, discussion groups, and networking sites to get a feel for your target market.
A target market is anything like pet owners, single working moms, archery enthusiasts, artists, etc. Just about every market in existence has some sort of online community like a forum.
After you have spent some time studying your target market you should see a common problem or need. Here’s an example, if you decided to target artists, you might discover that many artists have trouble finding employment. This could be a problem you might want to try and solve.
Once you have discovered a common problem within a target market, you’re done the hardest part. The next step is to find information that will help solve this problem.
Your ultimate goal is to put together an information product that solves the problem you discovered within your target market.
Selling information online is very profitable and owning your very own information product is the best way to start making real money on the internet.
If you discovered that artists commonly had problems finding employment you would then want to uncover information that helped them find employment. The trick is to find out how artists seeking employment actually find work. This information would then become your product. You know exactly what your target market needs, so selling your new product is a piece of cake.
Many online entrepreneurs are scared to create information products because they are not very good writers. To tell you the truth, it does help to have a writing background but not being able to write very well shouldn’t stop you from creating your own information product. Info Product Creation Exposed is a great resource to get more info.
There are tons of skilled writers online who can write your information product for you. All you usually have to do is provide them with the necessary research. Also, Private Label Rights are another great and easy way to go, just make sure you edit private label products to make them unique before you use them. We have a ton of content on different niches monthly over at PLR Dealer.
There will always be people who have problems and they will always be willing to pay for information that solves their problems.
Selling information products online is the best, fastest and easiest way to start an online business. Best of all, creating and marketing information products is a solid business model that can easily build you a fortune for a lifetime if done so correctly.

Hi Jason,
This is a very good information for anyone wanting to start an online business.
Keep up the good work,

Very good advice, Jason. This is the benefit of being your family member. The most difficult situation encountered by a newbie is choosing the right type of online business to deal with. The second most difficult is to stick to it once you have chosen your niche. Sometimes it takes years for a newbie to realize that he/she has chosen the wrong path. I think there are million newcomers who need this kind of information and advice, Jason. Most of them will become the targets of the so-called gurus whose mere intention is to sell their get-rich-quick scheme ebook worth nothing. I hope some of them will learn from you and other sincere gurus.
Best Regards,
Majelis

To our online success…

Hi Jason,
I just recently put up a new website and I’m finding that it is more than getting the website complete and launching it. This is my first time building my own, it wasn’t easy.
I found content to be my biggest problem, trying to find the interest of my targeted audience and match it with the right content. There are so many details that I was not aware of.
Reading your articles has helped me use a simple, no fuss style of layout with easy to find links. I look forward to more of your skill building article to continue building my site.
Much success to you
Christine Jackson
